Hello, my name is Jose Garcia. I was born and raised in Columbia and its surrounding areas including West Columbia, Red Bank, Lexington, Irmo, and Chapin. I graduated from Columbia College but my allegiance belongs to USC… Go Gamecocks! I am married to my beautiful wife, Laurel, who is also a Columbia native and owns/operates a Chick-fil-A restaurant in Irmo. We have a daughter, Lily, and absolutely love the city we live in.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I worked for Chick-fil-A in various capacities and for Lexington County Emergency Medical Services as an EMT. My time at Lexington County gave me an extensive knowledge of the city, while working for Chick-fil-A taught me how to provide genuine, hospitable service, and how to do business in an honest and honorable way.
My wife and I used J. King Real Estate to help us purchase our very first home, and Jason made us feel cared for and truly had our best interest at heart.
